We are building our talent community for Maintenance and Groundskeeping professionals to support our diverse hospitality venue portfolio across the Great Southern Region. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance across venue properties.
- Trim hedges, weed gardens, mow lawns, and maintain indoor and outdoor green spaces to a high standard of presentation.
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks across venues including painting and minor building work.
- Support seasonal upkeep and assist with venue presentation ahead of events or inspections.
- Report major repair or safety issues to Operations Management promptly.
- Safely operate gardening and power tools in accordance with OH&S requirements.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure outdoor seating and guest areas are safe, clean, and well-presented at all times.
- Assist venue management with maintenance-related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
- Current open driver’s licence — required for travel between venues.
- Demonstrated ability to use gardening and power tools safely and effectively.
- Sound knowledge of safe work practices and OH&S requirements.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a pride in presentation.
