We are continuously recruiting hard-working and reliable Kitchen Hands to place with our client venues across Margaret River, Esperance, and Kalgoorlie. If you have the work ethic, the reliability, and the right attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively assist chefs with food preparation duties throughout the shift.
  • Manage the dish station continuously throughout service, ensuring clean crockery, glassware, and equipment are always available to the kitchen team.
  • Maintain workstations and all kitchen areas to a high standard of cleanliness during and after service.
  • Occasionally support front-of-house staff with glassware cleaning as required.
  • Carry out end-of-shift cleaning duties as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Comply with all WHS and food safety requirements throughout every shift.
  • Perform additional cleaning and preparation duties as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a kitchen hand or similar kitchen support role.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of standing, lifting, and working at pace for the full duration of each shift.
  • Must be available to work on a rotating roster — this is a must!
  • A current Police Check is required for applicants over 18 years old.
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate required — can be completed prior to commencement if not already held.
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to take direction, and a positive, team-first attitude.

What We Offer

  • Pay rates negotiable within the Award, based on skill level and experience.
  • Growth opportunities within the Aspire Hospitality Group.
  • A fun, energetic work environment with a supportive team.
