We are continuously recruiting experienced Front of House Supervisors to place with our client venues across Margaret River, Esperance, and Kalgoorlie. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in running day-to-day busy shifts, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the venue.
- Lead, brief, and motivate the FOH team, maintaining high service standards throughout every service.
- Train new and current staff in service standards, venue procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Procurement team with stock management, including receiving and rotating deliveries.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and end-of-day reconciliation accurately and responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage guest complaints and feedback professionally, with a focus on resolution.
- Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards throughout service.
- Manage reservations, table rotation, and floor flow in coordination with the FOH Manager.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, including managing the floor in the absence of the FOH Manager.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Current RSA — this is a must!
- Approved Manager Certificate and Card — this is a must!
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a FOH Supervisor in a hospitality environment.
- Strong and broad beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and evenings — this is a must!
- A current Police Check is required prior to commencement.
