The Engagement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning Aspire’soperational strategy across both physical businesses and digital platforms. This multidisciplinaryleadership role ensures seamless integration of stakeholder engagement, supplychain and logistics management, and cross-functional project delivery. Acting as a centraloperations link, the role bridges the gap between operations, digital infrastructure, and supplychain ecosystems, driving experience excellence, cost control, and scalable growth.
Key Competencies & Skills Required
- Proven experience in project and operations management across multi-site businesses
- Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement planning, and inventory workflows
- Expertise in engagement, stakeholder communications, and service recovery
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools (Odoo, Canva, POS, CRM, Office & AI support tools)
- Analytical skills in reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across creative, technical, and operational teams
