We are currently recruiting for experienced Cooks to fill positions across our own venues and client network throughout Southern Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate kitchen professional to take the next step in their career with a group that supports long-term growth.

✓  Pay rates negotiable within the Federal Award, based on skills and experience. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes is of a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with food safety and WHS regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly during busy service periods.
  • Assist with stock management, mise en place, and kitchen organisation as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and support a productive kitchen environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen — this is a must!
  • Sound knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during high-volume service.
  • Passion for food, creativity in cooking, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends.
