As we expand our workforce solutions and international recruitment capability through Zinga HRM, we are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to work alongside our HR and Operations teams. This role is available on a part-time basis to begin with, and offers genuine long-term potential — including a business partnership pathway for the right candidate who aligns with our values and growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional immigration advice to Aspire Hospitality Group, its clients, and visa applicants, in full accordance with Australian Migration Law, MARA regulations, and the MARA Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with the HR Department to manage visa applications across relevant subclasses including 407, 482, 494, 186, and 400.
- Coordinate end-to-end sponsorship processes, compliance reporting, and record keeping across all active cases.
- Liaise with clients, candidates, and government departments including the Department of Home Affairs on all immigration matters.
- Monitor changes to immigration legislation and proactively communicate relevant regulatory updates to the HR and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Team to draft letters, statutory declarations, and business justifications in support of sponsorship applications.
- Support the ongoing development of internal immigration systems and assist in the build-out of client-facing migration services under Zinga HRM.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) — this is a must!
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience in Australian immigration law and practice.
- Proven experience managing employer-sponsored visa applications across multiple subclasses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear legal submissions and client correspondence.
- High attention to detail and excellent time and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or workforce placement industry is highly regarded.
- Must maintain compliance and professional ethics standards in accordance with the MARA Code of Conduct at all times.
