The Engagement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning Aspire’s operational strategy across both physical hospitality venues and digital platforms. This multi-disciplinary leadership role ensures seamless integration of stakeholder engagement, supply chain management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional project delivery. Acting as a central operational link, the role bridges the gap between venue operations, digital infrastructure, and supply chain ecosystems — driving experience excellence, cost control, and scalable growth across the Aspire group.

AI Literacy Requirement
All candidates must demonstrate comfort and practical experience working with AI tools and productivity platforms. This includes — but is not limited to — large language models such as Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and ChatGPT (OpenAI), as well as AI-assisted workflows for research, content drafting, data analysis, and process automation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal stakeholders across Aspire’s hospitality venues and digital teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service partners.
- Manage service recovery processes, stakeholder communications, and escalation pathways to maintain operational trust and continuity.
- Support cross-departmental project delivery by facilitating communication between creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Oversee procurement planning, supplier sourcing, and inventory management across all Aspire venues and digital business units.
- Develop and maintain supply chain policies and procedures that ensure cost efficiency, quality control, and compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance, contract terms, and delivery standards — escalating issues and negotiating resolutions as required.
- Manage stock workflows including ordering schedules, par levels, wastage reduction, and replenishment across multiple sites.
- Logistics & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for physical goods, equipment, and materials across Aspire venues and digital operations.
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment and assets across venues, including maintenance scheduling and end-of-life planning.
- Support the rollout of new venue technology, fit-out projects, and operational changes, coordinating across trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for supply chain metrics, procurement spend, and logistics efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, forecasting, and cost variance for senior leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and logistics functions.
- Leverage AI tools including Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to support procurement research, report generation, supplier communications, and workflow optimisation — this is a core expectation of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in operations, supply chain, or project management across multi-site businesses — this is a must!
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement planning, and inventory management workflows.
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools including Odoo, CRM platforms, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for research, analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Excellent analytical skills across reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, and service recovery.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or digital operations environments is highly regarded.
